We are focused on securing payments for Holocaust survivors and their families whether they are making claims for the first time, have been denied compensation in the past or are trying to secure additional funds they are entitled to. Every month that passes, survivors and their families who are not receiving compensation are deprived of the funds they deserve. We are well-versed in the intricacies of these cases and changes in regulations regarding compensation for Holocaust survivors and their families.

We have assisted hundreds of survivors and their beneficiaries, even if they have previously denied funds. We have the expertise to make the filing process quick and successful. It is not too late to make claims against Germany and Poland. In the past few years, we have secured millions of dollars from Germany in addition to pension and retroactive payments. Many of the second generation claimants were initially not aware they could make claims. A number of survivors had attempted to file claims in the past and were unsuccessful finally received the funds they deserved through the efforts of our staff.
